Terms & Conditions

HomeinOne applies the following Terms and Conditions to all Furniture Rental Agreements:

Rental agreements are exclusive to corporate clients.

There is no minimum rental period although a minimum charge of one month’s rent applies.  All rental periods are due payment in advance.  Rental periods up to six months are payable quarterly in advance or pro-rata. Periods exceeding six months are payable half yearly in advance or pro-rata.  Periods exceeding twelve months are payable annually in advance or pro-rata.  Security deposits are payable equal to one months rental for periods up to six months and two months rental for periods up to one year.  Longer periods are subject to a security deposit of three months rental.

Rental items remain the property of HomeinOne and HomeinOne reserve the express right to recover rental items that have not been paid for as per the agreement, or that have been used outside the context of any rental agreement.

Rental items are not transferable and may not be removed or transferred from the agreed rental location without the express permission and agreement of HomeinOne.

HomeinOne reserve the right to decide if a damaged or worn item may be restored or repaired to a satisfactory level. Items that have been damaged or excessively worn will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of HomeinOne. Any damages or repairs that are not covered by the deposit guarantee will be charged directly to the client and the client agrees to pay such amounts without undue delay or objection to HomeinOne.

Faulty items will be repaired on site or replaced by HomeinOne on notification by the client within two working days. HomeinOne reserves the right to replace any faulty item with an identical stock item or otherwise suitable unit.

In line with HomeinOne hygiene and quality policy the contents of ‘Cleaning packs’, pillows and various ‘Kitchen Pack’ items are ‘Non-Recoverable’ non-reusable items and remain the property of the client once delivered.

Items damaged by accident or negligence will be replaced by HomeinOne with an identical item or otherwise suitable unit. The replacement cost will be charged directly to the client or deducted from the security deposit.  Interim delivery charges apply.
