Property Management for Corporate clients:

HomeinOne provides complete property management for corporate clients wishing to outsource this sensitive and time consuming HR function.

Rental Agreements are directly between clients and HomeinOne.

As the Landlord, HomeinOne takes responsibility for the entire scope of services associated with providing accommodation for company staff members and their families.

HomeinOne provides all properties complete with utility, telephone, ADSL and satellite TV connections. (Rental and Usage is charged directly to the client with an administration fee applicable.)

HomeinOne also provides ‘Guest House’ facilities for clients wishing to address the ever challenging and often very expensive issue of accommodation for staff on single or short term postings. All ‘Guest House’ properties offer the following scope of facilities and services :

Facilities:

~   All HomeinOne properties are completely furnished to the highest standards

     offering comfort and quality with HomeinOne Exclusive ‘Superior Range’ of items.

~   All bedrooms are ensuite, fully functional and supplied with linen plus towels

     for each occupant.

~   TV Lounge with international Satellite service enhanced by a 43” or 54” TV Screen.

~   Separate lounge, relax area.

~   Functional office environment

    (Additional office or conference facilities are also available on request)

~   Substantial dining area arrangements.

~   Fully equipped kitchens.

~   Most properties have substantial swimming pools with garden areas.

     Garden furniture is provided in such cases.

Services:

~   Fulltime live in Butler providing daily housekeeping. 

~   Daily maintenance of property, garden and pool areas.

~   Weekly linen service with ‘optional’ personal laundry service.

~   ‘Optional’ Continental Breakfast service can also be catered for.
